Municipal Priorities

In today’s challenging economic and political climate, municipalities are looking for ways to be better focused and deliver on priorities.

To do this successfully, there must be a clear linkage of Council direction to services. Strategic, business planning and budget processes must interact well with each other to reflect priority direction in everyday services. The strategic plan developed by council is the “root” and foundation that illuminates priority focus areas and thus directs administration to deliver on the right things.
