  2. Human Resource Leadership – Leaders need to understand the basics of human resources from a motivational, policy, and legal perspective. This session will focus on the fundamentals of human resource management and setting human resource policy that supports the leadership model. 
  3. Diversity and Inclusion Leadership – Having a thorough understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion in today’s workplace is essential for all leaders and managers. The session focuses on the fundamentals and best practices for diversity and inclusion.
