I had the privilege of spending an evening last night with and presenting to a forward looking Council and administration in the Town of Ponoka. A beautiful town hall with a busy library attached! The community spirit and pride was obvious. I really enjoyed the holiday lights in town, well done Ponoka!

Thank you to the nearly 70 municipalities that joined us over the last week for our Municipal Ethics and Policy 101 webinars! We had municipalities from British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba join us. It was great to have such a diverse turnout from across Western Canada.
I was privileged to have facilitated a priority based budget session with the Parkland County Executive Committee. They rated all Parkland County programs using criteria tied to priority focus areas developed by Council. “Linking Council direction to service delivery”.
